DASHBOARD

This is the first page you see after you login. From here, you can go to:

  • Instructions - helpful tips and videos to show you how to use the site
  • Manage Account - update your account information, including adding or editing Locations (bill tos, animal locations, and shipping addresses)
  • Submit Prescription - if you have at least one bill to and animal location entered, use this form to enter a prescription.
  • My Prescriptions - see past orders you have placed.
  • My Locations - see all locations on your account (bill tos, animal locations, and shipping addresses) and edit those or add more

 

Reset Password

Click on Forgot Username/Password to go to the Account Assistance page.

If you know your username:

  • Enter the username on the right side of the page with your email address
  • You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Check your SPAM/JUNK email folders if you don't see the email in your Inbox.

 

If you do not know your username:

  • Enter your email address on the LEFT side of the page.
  • You will be sent an email with an authorization code. (check SPAM/JUNK and Inbox)
  • Copy that code from the email and Paste it into the page.
  • You will be shown your Username.
  • Put the username into the right side of the page, as described above, to reset your password.

 

 

Manage Account

Edit your contact information, add and edit Locations 

After you click MANAGE ACCOUNT, scroll down to see your Locations.

  • Prescriber Address - this is the veterinarian address and is required before you can submit a prescription (only one)
  • You can enter one or more locations for Bill To, Animal Location and Shipping Address.  Those can be selected as you enter a prescription to speed up the order process.

 

Click on ADD OR EDIT LOCATIONS to make changes.

Locations are listed in sections for Bill Tos, Animal Locations, and Shipping Addresses. Within each list, they are in alphabetical order (except the primary bill to is listed first).

You have the option, if needed, to import a file with multiple new bill tos, animal locations, or shipping addresses.  See the instructions on the page to prepare that file.

*Note that changes to Location addresses do NOT change past prescription orders.

 

Submit Prescriptions

You can start a prescription and save it to finish and submit later.  Once you SUBMIT, the prescription is locked in and can't be edited.

  • You must have a prescriber address, bill to and an animal location to submit a prescription. You can enter them as you put in the order if they are not already entered.
  • You must sign your prescription in a box at the bottom of the page. Use your mouse or trackpad to sign.
  • You must enter a 4-digit PIN number assigned to you by VPS. If the number you enter doesn't match what we have on file, the prescription will not be filled. (If you don't remember that PIN, contact VPS.)
  • Be sure to SUBMIT your prescription to have it filled.

 

My Prescriptions

View your saved and submitted prescriptions.  You can filter the list of orders by medication, bill to, or animal location.

You can find Saved Prescriptions here, open them and Submit.

You can find Submitted Prescriptions here and see the status of your order - and tracking numbers for shipping.

You can reorder any prescription on the list by clicking the Reorder button to the right of the old order.
